How the free trial works, what each plan includes, and how to upgrade, switch, or cancel.
Every new PraisePro account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin. You get the full product from day one: plan services, build teams, invite volunteers, and run a real Sunday before you decide anything.
You can see how many trial days you have left at any time on the Billing page, along with the exact date your trial ends.
Tip: The best way to evaluate PraisePro is to plan one real service and invite two or three volunteers during your trial. Ten minutes of setup tells you more than any feature list.
PraisePro has three plans. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
For small churches. Starter covers everything you need to plan and run services:
For most churches. Everything in Starter, plus:
For multi-campus churches and teams with technical needs. Everything in Pro, plus:
Billing is handled by Stripe, the same payment processor used by millions of businesses. PraisePro never sees or stores your card number.
Once you are subscribed, the Billing page also gives you a Manage billing on Stripe link, where you can update your card, download invoices, and cancel.
Note: Only the account owner can see and manage billing. Admins and members never see payment details, and volunteers are never asked for anything billing-related.
You can change plans whenever your church's needs change:
All plan changes happen on the Billing page under Switch plans. Pick what fits your church; change anytime.
You can cancel at any time, with no phone calls and no hoops:
When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you paid for the month, you get the month. After that, your account moves to a read-limited state rather than disappearing.
If your 14 days pass and you have not picked a plan yet, do not worry:
The same applies if a subscription lapses: choose a plan again and your account comes back with everything intact.
Tip: If you are close to the end of your trial and still deciding, add a payment method before the trial ends so your team never notices an interruption.
