Music Submissions

Let your team and congregation submit music tracks for upcoming services.

Enabling Music Submissions

Music submissions let members of your church submit audio tracks (worship songs, special music, etc.) for consideration in upcoming services. This feature is optional and turned off by default.

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Find the Music Submissions section.
  3. Toggle Enable Music Submissions to on.
  4. Click Save.

Once enabled, a public submission page becomes available for your organization. Anyone with the link (and your PIN) can submit tracks.

Setting Your PIN

To prevent spam or unwanted uploads, music submissions are protected by a PIN code. Only people who know the PIN can submit music.

  1. In Settings under Music Submissions, find the PIN field.
  2. Enter a simple numeric PIN (e.g., 1234 or your church's street number).
  3. Click Save.

Share this PIN only with people you want to be able to submit music. You can change the PIN at any time.

Tip: Use something your congregation can easily remember, like the last four digits of your church phone number. Avoid using sensitive passwords -- this is a simple access gate, not a security credential.

Once music submissions are enabled, PraisePro generates a public submission link for your organization. You can find this link in Settings under Music Submissions.

Share this link with your team however works best:

The link stays the same as long as your organization exists, so you only need to share it once.

How Performers Upload Tracks

When someone visits the submission link, they will see a simple upload form. Here is how it works from their perspective:

  1. They open the submission link in their browser.
  2. They enter the PIN you shared with them.
  3. They fill in their name and a song title.
  4. They select an audio file from their device (MP3, WAV, M4A, etc.).
  5. They click Submit.

The file is uploaded and your admin team is notified. Submitters do not need a PraisePro account -- the process is intentionally simple so that anyone in your congregation can participate.

Tip: If someone is not sure how to record a track, suggest they use the voice memo app on their phone. It does not need to be studio quality -- the goal is to share the song idea.

Reviewing and Managing Uploaded Audio

All submitted tracks appear in your Music Submissions dashboard. As an admin, you can:
