When it is time for your service to begin, you need to set it to active. This tells PraisePro -- and everyone connected -- that the service is now live.
Only Admins can start and control a live service. Team members can follow along on their own devices but cannot advance items.
The Operator View is a dedicated full-screen interface designed for the person running the service (typically your tech booth operator or worship leader).

The Operator View supports keyboard shortcuts so you can control the service without reaching for the mouse.

PraisePro tracks time automatically during a live service:
Tip: You do not have to set estimated durations for every item. Start with your sermon and worship set, and add durations to other items over time as you learn your patterns.
As the service progresses, mark each item as complete when it finishes. This advances the Operator View and updates every connected device.
When the last item is complete:
Completed services are saved in your history. You can review them anytime from the Services page by filtering for past services.
