Go from sign-up to your first Sunday service in under 10 minutes.
Getting started with PraisePro takes just a couple of minutes. Every new account comes with a 14-day free trial -- no credit card required.
Tip: Use your church email address so your team recognizes you when they receive invitations later.
Your organization is the top-level container for everything in PraisePro -- services, teams, and settings all live under it.
This name appears on shared links, emails, and the operator display, so use the name your congregation will recognize.
A service in PraisePro represents one worship gathering -- a Sunday morning service, a Wednesday evening prayer meeting, or a special event.
Your new service is now ready. The next step is to add schedule items so your team knows the order of events.
Schedule items are the building blocks of your service. Each item represents one segment -- a song, a sermon, an announcement, and so on.
Repeat this for each part of your service. You can drag and drop items to reorder them at any time.
Tip: Start with the items you know for sure, and fill in the rest later. Services are always editable up until they are marked as complete.
PraisePro is built for teams. Once your service is set up, invite the people who need to see it.
They will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your organization. Once they accept, they can view services, see their assigned roles, and follow along during live services.
Tip: Admins can create and edit services, manage teams, and change settings. Members can view services and their assignments. Start by inviting your worship leader and tech lead as Admins.
