What is PraisePro?
PraisePro is a church service scheduling and worship team management app. You build a service plan, assign your team, manage your music, and run the service live with real-time sync across every device - sound booth, stage, pastor's phone.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes - 14 days, every feature, no credit card. Set up your church, invite your team, and run a full Sunday service before you ever enter payment info.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $12/month ($120/year). Pro is $24/month ($240/year). Team is $48/month ($480/year). Yearly plans save about 17% - two months free.
What if my team isn't tech-savvy?
PraisePro was built for volunteers, not engineers. Members log in with a username and password - no app to install, no email verification puzzle. If they can read a text message, they can follow the schedule.
Does it work with ProPresenter?
Yes, on every plan. PraisePro generates a private RSS feed that plugs into ProPresenter, OBS Studio, vMix, and any software that supports web content or RSS. Display your current item live on screen.
How does music submission work?
On Pro and Team, you share a QR code and PIN with your church. People scan the code, pick a service, and upload their backing track. You get an email and approve from your dashboard.
Can I manage multiple campuses?
Yes, on the Team plan. Each campus gets its own services and schedule, with optional per-campus volunteer scoping for churches that span multiple cities.
Is my data secure?
Yes. PraisePro uses HTTPS everywhere, encrypted credential storage, role-based access, rate-limited login, and per-organization data isolation. We never sell or share your data.

PraisePro isn't venture-backed. It's made by Orlov Digital, a small shop in Sedalia, Missouri, building software for the rooms we sit in on Sundays.
